Prospective Tenant

You'll find credit applications, lease agreements and other documents below.  These are standard Texas agreements.  Your landlord may use these or may have documents of his own.  They will probably be similar to these.  You should review and become knowledgeable of what you're signing.

If you are applying for one of my properties, please use the application form below or on the right menu bar.  Attach to the application a list of personal and business references.  There is a $35 application fee per adult to check credit and background.

There are quick search keys below to help you find a property currently for lease.  If you need to search another area or type of property not found here, let me know and I'll set up a personal search for you.

You do not have to have perfect credit to lease a home.  Many landlords understand the current market and job problems and may overlook some credit issues.  Generally, they are looking for rental history and / or personal references.  Like everyone else, they want to rent their property to someone who will take care of it and pay on time.  Many may offer a rent reduction for timely payments.

Once you have located a property, please contact me, bill@wrbriggs.com, and I can show you the property or refer you to someone who can.
